LOVE AND RELATIONSHIP COACHING

Love and relationship coaching for people who want to understand themselves more deeply, break limiting patterns and integrate what’s been holding them back so they can move toward relationships that feel secure and aligned. This embodied work is about learning how to relate – to yourself and others – with clarity, honesty and care.

My Approach

I am a certified VITA™ Love and Relationship Coach, trained in the VITA Coaching methodology developed by Layla Martin. This approach is rooted in the understanding that meaningful transformation doesn’t come from thinking or talking alone, but through the body—by allowing sensations and emotions to be fully experienced.

Lasting change becomes possible when there is enough safety to feel, process, and release what has been held beneath the surface.  This coaching is experiential rather than purely conversational, incorporating practices such as breath work, meditation, and guided awareness practices.

Through this work, we focus on what matters most to you while gently uncovering and integrating limiting patterns as they arise—so they no longer stand in the way of what you truly desire.


Coaching May Be a Good Fit For You If:

· You’re open to self reflection and growth

· You want to understand your role in relationship patterns

· You are open to exploring your emotions and physical sensations, not just talking through challenges

· You sense that there’s more beneath the surface and are curious to uncover it

· You are willing to actively participate in the process and take responsibility for your growth


Coaching May Not Be The Right Fit For You If:

· You prefer strictly conversation-based support or advice-giving 

· You are looking for quick fixes or immediate solutions without deeper exploration 

· You feel uncomfortable engaging with emotions or body-based practices

COACHING & INVESTMENT

Coaching is offered in structured packages of 8 sessions, delivered over a 9-week time frame. This format is designed to provide consistency, momentum, and space for meaningful integration between sessions.


Each session is 1 hour in length and is held virtually, allowing you to participate from wherever you feel most comfortable.


The investment is $100 per session, with payment due upon completion of each session. This structure offers flexibility while maintaining a committed and supportive coaching process.
